No 11 Colombo Residence
Bawa bought this property in 1958 and lived here time to time. His signature style of verandas and courtyards, fittings still remain unchanged in this 3-story villa. Now the house is managed by Geoffrey Bawa trust and is opened for private tours sharing the beauty and passion that Bawa possessed his whole life.
Lunuganga estate was Bawa’s country home which is located near Bentota beach resort. Here he spent much time using the property to experiment and practice his unique style of architecture. Currently the property is opened for private tours and the estate run as a hotel.
Parliament Of Sri Lanka
This huge establishment was built in the late 1970s and is located in Kotte in the middle of the Diyawanna lake. The new parliament of Sri Lanka comprises architectural features from Sri Lanka and India. It is considered as one of his masterpieces.
Paradise Road Gallery Café
Paradise Road Gallery café was once Bawa’s architectural studio, and now it acts as a café, gallery and a restaurant. Bawa’s signature architectural style is kept unharmed up to date with the courtyards and patios adorning the property.
