Day 01 – Arrival/ Kotugoda

On your arrival at the Bandaranayake International airport our company representative will cordially welcome you and transfer you to the charming, colonial style Wallawa Boutique Hotel. This luxury hotel consists of 18 guest rooms with well maintained gardens, a swimming pool, a spa, library and a study equipped with internet facility.

Day 02 – Yapahuwa / Aukana / Dambulla/ Sigiriya

On day 02 en route to Sigiriya make your first stop atYapahuwa. Located in the Wayamba province in Sri Lanka this ancient rock fortress complex is remarkable to witness with all its beauty and glory. The architecture and sculptures have a close resemblance to what you’ll find in Sigiriya rock fortress. For your second stop you’ll be taken to visit the tallest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, the Aukana Buddha statue. This magnificent statue carved out of a rock boulder is simply a masterpiece to behold which belongs to the Anuradhapura school of art era. Once done in Aukana you’ll be take to the ancient city of Dambulla. The rock cave temples found here are some of the finest well-preserved ones in the world. Your overnight stay will be at Heritance Kandalama,one of the most popular creations of Bawa. Day 03 –Sigiriya

Sigiriya is a city that is well-known all over the world due to the ancient citadel built on top of a massive rock by king Kasyapa in the 5 century BC portraying amazing engineering, water parks and frescoes from its halcyon days. The UNESCO has declared Sigiriya as a world heritage site and undoubtedly, it’s iconic to Sri Lanka.

  • Climb the Sigiriya Rock and witness the beautiful sunrise from the zenith.
  • Climb to the top of Pidurangala rock neighboring Sigiriya.

Day 04 & 05 – Kandy

After a hearty breakfast head down to Kandy, a city full of history, heritage and religious value to Sri Lanka. Kandy is renowned all over the world due to the sacred temple of the tooth relic where Lord Buddha’s tooth relic is guarded and kept safely to be worshipped by Buddhists. Kandy goes down in the history books as the last Sinhalese kingdom which was captured by the British in the year 1815. The hotel you’ll be staying for 2 days is The Kandy House Boutique Hotel. This manor house built in the 18th century was converted to a boutique hotel which has 9 rooms now. The hotel was restored in 2005 by Bawa’s protégé ChannaDaswatte.

Day 06 & 07 –NuwaraEliya

NuwaraEliya is a charming, quaint city which is touted as “little England” by the locals as its tucked away in the misty hill country, adorned by colonial era characteristics with matching soothing weather to support the alias. It’s safe to say that NuwaraEliya is the capital of the tea country in Sri Lankawith several tea estates being located around the area. Day 06 & 07 you’ll be lodging in Ceylon Tea Trails Summerville which sits at an altitude of 4000 feet. The views here are stunning and sure to leave you loving each and every moment spent in luxury.

Day 08, 09 & 10 – Tangalle

Get ready to change into your swimwear as you will be heading to the down South, coastal region. Tangalle is one of the popular beaches in Sri Lanka which is favored by people who love surfing, diving and sea bathing.
